Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Klerenhaus.

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Have all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

To start a return, please contact us at support@klerenhaus.com with your order details. Our team will provide instructions for return shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or final clearance items
  • Underwear, swimwear, or earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please request a return and place a new order for the desired item.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank or PayPal account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@klerenhaus.com.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
