5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays). Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Once shipped, Klerenhaus is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

6. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
